Hm, what to write about one’s self? Well, to start, I’m a clown.
Don’t worry - I’m not a circus clown, not the Stephen King variety, and not available for birthdays (unless there’s cake).
I just love to entertain people. Simple as that. If I can make someone laugh, my day is made.
I moved around a bunch when I was a kid and watched a LOT of television and movies. My intro to the world of voice-over came as many others did – cartoons. I love them to this day. And when my favorite actor, Robin Williams, provided the voice of the Genie in Disney’s Aladdin, I saw that voice-over was a “thing” and learned as much as I could about the voices behind my favorite shows and features.
Flash forward years later. I get acting training via graduate school. I gain experience performing on stage and in front of a camera, and what should fall in my lap again? Voice-overs!
Whether it’s commercials, audiobooks, or character work, I thrive in creating that unique voice that serves your story and your style. I pride myself on collaboration, taking direction, and bringing something new and unexpected to the performance. Clients like Observer Pictures, Grand Divisions Creative, and author Tyrolin Puxty have described my voice as genuine, warm, compelling, and rich with variety.
At the end of the day, I want to spread as much joy as I can and make sure everyone has a good time. And that’s what I can promise you and your audiences: A positively delightful voice-over experience.
PS: Yes, I do have a red clown nose.
